Information stored by the app

Still Snake stores preferences, game totals, best scores and statistics on your device. A local current-run identifier helps prevent progress from being counted twice, and a recovery copy helps protect saved statistics. iOS backups may include this data depending on your device settings.

The game does not send your scores or game history to the advertising system. There is no Still Snake account or developer-operated game-data server.

Purchases

Apple handles payment for the optional Remove Ads purchase and provides signed transaction information. The app verifies that information on your device to determine ad-free access. It does not receive your payment-card details.

Previously verified access can work offline using Apple’s on-device transaction history. A refund or revocation takes effect after StoreKit receives the change. See Apple’s privacy information.

Advertising and privacy choices

The app uses Google AdMob/Mobile Ads to provide advertising and Google’s User Messaging Platform to manage applicable privacy choices. These services can process IP addresses, general location inferred from an IP address, device and app identifiers, diagnostic and performance information, and ad views or interactions. This information can be used to deliver and measure ads, operate and improve the services, and prevent fraud or abuse.

Still Snake disables Google’s publisher first-party identifiers and publisher personalization settings and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. These settings do not eliminate all information processed by Google’s services.

When Google’s consent service requires a choice, the app presents the relevant message outside active gameplay. When required, Settings > Ad privacy choices lets you review or change applicable choices, including after purchasing ad removal. The choices offered depend on your region and the service’s requirements. You can play offline.

A verified Remove Ads purchase stops advertising and removes its reserved layout space. It does not delete information already held by Apple, Google or another provider. If you open an advertisement, its destination has its own privacy practices.

This website

This website uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and security. Cloudflare processes technical request information, which may include IP addresses, network and system information, and traffic data, to deliver pages, maintain the service and protect against abuse. Hosting and security logs may contain this information. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

We have not added website analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, a newsletter, contact forms or embedded social trackers. Images and fonts are hosted with the site. Following an external link opens a service with its own privacy practices.

Support email

If you email support, your email address, message and any attachments are used to respond, investigate the problem and follow up. Email is handled through the support mailbox and its email provider. Share only what is useful for your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or a full purchase receipt.

Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, with retention depending on the issue and any applicable legal obligations. You can ask for deletion by emailing stillsnakesupport@pm.me. Proton Mail’s privacy policy describes the support email provider’s practices.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Contact stillsnakesupport@pm.me with your request. We may need enough information to verify that it concerns you. Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with your local data-protection authority.

Local game records are held on your device and may exist in iOS backups. Deleting the app can remove local records, but does not erase device backups or records held independently by Apple, Google or email providers. We cannot retrieve locally stored game records from a Still Snake server. For information controlled by another provider, its privacy policy explains available request routes.

Audience and international services

Still Snake is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children. It does not include an age-verification or parental-consent system. If you are concerned that a child has sent personal information to support, contact us.

Service providers may process information outside your country. For example, Google operates servers worldwide, and Cloudflare provides services across countries. Their linked privacy policies explain their processing and transfer safeguards.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the app or services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
